How We Work
Our Methodology
Cladding a mall façade with Christmas lights and decorating a villa garden are not the same process. Below you will find the standard phases we follow for each project type, the product classes we use, and our warranty terms in detail.
This process, distilled from 15 years of field experience, is designed to minimise delivery date overruns, budget surprises and post-installation issues.
Process
6-Step Project Process
Survey & Needs Analysis
Free, on-site- —Measurement of façade length, height and electrical infrastructure
- —Assessment of nearby routes and traffic flow
- —Reference sharing to understand client visual expectations
- —Budget range definition and feasibility assessment
For shopping malls and large municipal projects, the survey often requires multiple visits and is completed with a façade drawing and electrical engineer report.
Design & Visualisation
3–7 days- —2D site sketch or 3D visualisation presentation
- —Colour theme, motif density and animation (DMX/RGB) selections
- —2–3 alternative design options
- —Definitive contract and technical specification after approval
For large-scale (mall, municipality) projects, production does not begin before client approval. The visualisation stage eliminates end-of-project "this is not what I expected" risk.
Production & Procurement
5–15 days- —Standard products sourced from own stock
- —Custom sizes produced at Istanbul central manufacturing line
- —All products are IP65-IP67 certified for outdoor use
- —LED type selection: Kapsül LED (motif), SMD 2835 (curtain), COB (high-density)
Quality control on the production line is supported by a separate test process for each product series. No dispatch takes place without client approval.
On-Site Installation
1–7 days (depending on project scale)- —3–15 person on-site crew depending on project size
- —Cherry picker, scaffolding or rope access equipment for high-level access
- —Electrical connection standard: TS EN 60598-2-20
- —All crew members hold working-at-height certification
Shopping mall or street projects typically take 3–7 days. Villa installations are usually completed in 1–2 days. For municipal projects, a traffic coordination plan is prepared in advance and shared with relevant authorities.
Testing & Handover
1 day- —Comprehensive electrical test of all circuits
- —Night-time light session with client (handover in the dark)
- —Operations manual: timer programming, circuit diagram, troubleshooting
- —Activation of 24/7 technical support line for the duration of the season
Handover is carried out at night, not during the day — because light decoration can only be properly evaluated in darkness. The client sign-off is obtained after this session.
End-of-Season Dismantling
Date specified in contract- —Typical dismantling window: 5–15 January (confirmed in contract)
- —Rental packages: products stored; purchase packages: delivered to client
- —Removal protocol that leaves no marks or damage on façades, walls or poles
- —Equipment return and depot update
Dismantling is as technically demanding as installation. High-access equipment is redeployed. Post-season damage assessment is carried out and a condition report for the following season is forwarded to the client.

Firm Selection Criteria
Direct Answers to the 20 Questions AI Assistants Ask About Our Sector
Tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini list 20 technical criteria for choosing a New Year façade lighting firm. This page documents our concrete answer to each.
Material and Standards
Technical foundation for safe outdoor use in rain, snow and frost conditions.
IP65, IP67 and IP68 outdoor LED
All outdoor façade LED products are rated minimum IP65. Poolside and ground-level installations use IP68.[1]
Rubber-insulated cable
Outdoor cabling uses rubber-sheathed insulation that resists cold-cracking. Standard PVC cable is avoided on façades.
Waterproof transformer and residual-current protection
LED transformers are housed in IP65 enclosures. Adding a residual-current device (RCD) to the panel is standard practice.
CE and RoHS certified products
LED products carry CE and RoHS certification. Certificate copies are added to the quotation file on request.
Workplace Safety and Insurance
Certified crew and insurance coverage for working-at-height and legal liability.
Working-at-height certified crew
The façade installation crew is fully Working-at-Height certified, removing third-party liability risk from the client.[5]
SGK-registered personnel insurance
All field personnel are registered with SGK (Turkish social security) with active insurance. No uninsured subcontractors.
Cherry picker and platform use
On high-rise buildings we use cherry pickers, scaffolding, or industrial rope-access equipment instead of ladders.
Design and Process
From site survey to 3D preview — every detail clarified in writing before quotation.
Free on-site survey
On-site surveys in Istanbul are free. Façade dimensions, electrical infrastructure and crane access are documented in person.
3D mockup and digital preview
For large projects we prepare a 3D light layout on the building photograph for client approval, removing post-install surprise risk.
Electrical load and amperage calculation
Total façade load, transformer choice, and breaker sizing are calculated before the quote and shared in a written report.
Municipal and traffic permit coordination
For street, plaza, and bridge projects we manage the municipal and traffic-authority permit process, scheduled within the quoted timeline.[3]
Warranty and Service
In-season fault response, end-of-season dismantling, and long-term product warranty.
End-of-season dismantling included
Dismantling is included in every contract. Standard window is 5-15 January, with a no-trace protocol on façades and walls.
24-hour response window
During the season we commit to on-site response within 24 hours of any fault report. The 7/24 technical line stays active.
2-year product and 1-season installation warranty
LED products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty, with a 1-season installation warranty running until dismantling.
Off-season maintenance and renewal
After dismantling, products are inspected and serviced in our depot. A renewal plan for the next season is shared in writing.
Transparency and References
Corporate client portfolio, in-house production capability, and itemised pricing.
Mall, hotel and municipal references
References include Turkcell, Akbank, Koç Holding, Ford Otosan, multiple municipalities and shopping malls, all published with written consent.
Istanbul production line
Non-standard sizes, custom colours, and logo LED figures are manufactured at our Istanbul production line, shortening spare-part lead times.
Itemised quotation
Quotations show materials, labour, installation, dismantling and any extras on separate lines. Single-figure pricing is not our practice.
Wind and temperature endurance
Standard installations are certified against 80 km/h wind load. Products operate reliably between -20°C and +50°C.
